Operating Environment: Suitable for any climate, applied in enclosed spaces in normal operating environments (e.g., dust-free, free of corrosive or harmful gases). When installed in dusty and humid places, suitable protective covers need to be installed.
Screw Terminals: S00/S0 specifications of 3RV6 circuit breakers, equipped with terminals with fastening screws and clamping plates allowing connection of 2 conductors with different cross-sectional areas. S2 and S3 specifications of 3RV5 circuit breaker's box-type terminals can also connect 2 conductors with different cross-sectional areas. Except for S3 specification circuit breakers (equipped with 4 mm hexagonal screws), all terminal screws are fastened with 2 number Phillips screwdriver.
Installation Method: 3RV6/3RV5 circuit breakers can be clipped onto 35 mm standard rails.
S3 Specification motor protection circuit breakers require the use of high 15 mm standard rails, it can also be used with 75 mm standard rails.
S2 and S3 Specification circuit breakers can also be directly fixed to the base plate with screws.
S00 and S0 specifications can be used with 3RV69 28-0B plug-in strips, for direct screw fixing to the base plate.
Preventing Accidental Tripping: Since motor protection circuit breakers have a phase-failure protection function, when connecting, be sure to ensure that all three phases have current flowing through.
Short-Circuit Protection: 3RV6/3RV5 The circuit breaker's short-circuit trip unit can isolate the faulty load feeder from the power supply, 3RV6/3RV5 most models of circuit breakers have an AC 400 V rated limit short-circuit breaking capacity of up to 50 kA or more.
Motor protection: The tripping characteristics of the 3RV60/3RV50 motor protection circuit breakers are mainly designed to protect three-phase induction motors.
System protection: The 3RV60/3RV50 motor protection circuit breakers used for motor protection can also be used for system protection.
Short-circuit protection of the starting combination: The 3RV63/3RV53 circuit breaker, combined with a contactor and overload relay, can be used for short-circuit protection of the starting combination.
Transformer protection: When protecting and controlling transformers on the power side, the transient current generated when the transformer is switched on will often cause the protective device to trip incorrectly.
Main switch and emergency stop switch: The 3RV6/3RV5 circuit breakers have the isolation function conforming to IEC 60947-2 and can be used as the main switch and emergency stop switch.
