1. Complies with JIS standards;
2. Two guide rods made of special bearing steel, guided by linear bearings or bronze bearings, with high torsional and lateral load-bearing capacity;
★Note:
Steel ball linear bearings: Suitable for air cylinders performing pushing actions, or situations requiring high precision and high load-bearing capacity, especially suitable for situations requiring low-friction movement;
Bronze sliding bearings: Suitable for air cylinders performing braking and radial load-bearing actions, offering more than double the lateral impact resistance compared to general braking cylinders, and with greater torsional rigidity.
3. The drive unit and guide unit are designed within the same body. No additional accessories are needed, minimal space requirement, and the air inlet can be selected, making installation more convenient;
4. The bottom surface of the body, the rear end surface of the body, and the mounting plate each have two precision positioning holes (see the PA holes and XX holes in the outline drawing). For situations with higher precision requirements, higher precision positioning installation is provided;
5. Four magnetic induction switch grooves on the body provide multiple installation methods for induction switches;
