Installation
1. Installation angle is free, base and other mounting surfaces flatness is controlled below 0.02mm以下。
Poor flatness will cause the guide to loosen and increase rolling resistance . which negatively impacts lifespan.
2. Scratches or damage to the slide's mounting surface will destroy the flatness , Please note.
3. In case of significant impact . In addition to mounting bolts ， Please install a support structure on the cylinder body.
4. The metal plate worktable is supported by steel balls, ， so please be careful not to apply strong impact or excessive bending moment, etc. when installing workpieces.
When fixing the workpiece to the metal plate worktable with bolts, please hold the metal plate worktable.
If tightened while holding the body, , the guide will bear excessive bending moment ， resulting in reduced precision.
5. Ensure that the mounting bolts of the cylinder body and the front metal plate have sufficient strength.
Additionally, when installing the body, tighten the bolts correctly using the torque value within the permissible range.
6. If concerned about loosening of bolts due to impact or vibration, , consider using anti-loosening measures.
7. The piston rod and the guide piston rod's oscillating parts must be free of scratches . or damage. Otherwise it will cause damage to seals or air leakage, etc.
8. For the positioning pin hole, please use a clearance fit stepped pin ( Optional ) 。If a press-in pin is used, the guide may fail due to excessive load during pressing.
Additionally, the worktable's pin hole is a through hole 。 If a pin other than a stepped pin is used, the pin will contact the body causing failure.
