Product Description

For optimal lubrication, consider lubricating the rack or gear, preferably via the drive gear, allowing for more even grease distribution. The grease can be applied more evenly.

Most gear and rack transmission systems are exposed to air and prone to rust. Using the APEX APEX ’s PU (polyurethane) lubrication wheel ensures consistent and even grease application to the gear teeth.

PU The lubrication wheel uses an open polyurethane structure to absorb and store a small amount of grease.

The tooth profile uses a standard involute design for tight meshing with the gear or rack, applying the appropriate amount of grease without load.

Under prolonged working conditions, PU the lubrication wheel stores grease and automatically lubricates the transmission system as needed, preventing waste from over-lubrication or wear from insufficient lubrication.

To ensure immediate operation, PU pre-soak the lubrication wheel in grease.
