1. Quick Start Function: Simplifies operation steps; pressing the start button twice executes the program from before the last shutdown.
2. Emergency Stop Interlock Protection: If either the robot arm or the injection molding machine encounters an emergency, both will have interlock protection.
3. Safety Door Interlock Protection: The safety door can control the injection molding machine's mold closing command and also control the robot arm's movement. If the robot arm fails to pick up an item, the safety door can be reset after troubleshooting.
4. Automatic Mode Confirmation: When the robot arm is automatically executing a program, it detects whether the injection molding machine is in automatic operation mode.
5. Detection and Classification of Defective Products:
(1) Can assist in the determination of defective products.
(2) Can separate defective products from normal finished products.
6. Inspection Procedure: The number of inspections can be set, and the products are placed in the inspection area during operation.
7. Assistance for Unsuccessful Product Ejection: If a finished product cannot be ejected, the robot arm can assist in issuing an alarm and displaying it on the screen.
8. Inspection Item Positioning Setting: The set inspection items can be placed at different positioning points.
