Product Description
CELSIO is a thermal shrinking system suitable for various shrinking devices. It uses eddy current-generated induction heat to heat the thermal shrinking collet, thus firmly clamping the collet. The collet and the tool unit form an almost integral connection. The Cool Flow model of the CELSIO collet integrates cooling channels (can be closed using M3 screws), which directly guide the coolant to the cutting edge of the tool. The double-contact design has both conical and end-face positioning, closing the gap between the tool flange and the spindle face on machines with corresponding interfaces.
The CELSIO thermal shrinking system provides an economical clamping system for individual processing cases. The optimal distribution of radial stiffness, interference contour, and holding torque ensures high quality.
